Hello and welcome! I'm Cody Montarbo, the founder of Montarbo Skincare in San Diego. With over 20 years of experience in the cosmetics and beauty industry, my journey has been fueled by a passion for helping people achieve healthy, glowing, and gorgeous skin. I truly believe that everyone deserves to look and feel their best, facing the world with clarity and confidence.

A Personal Journey of Dedication and Expertise

My career has been an incredible journey of learning and growth. I’m a licensed aesthetician, master aesthetician, advanced skincare specialist, chemical peel expert, entrepreneur coach, makeup artist, and the creator of the Montarbo Skin Clinic, Montarbo Method ™, and Montarbo Skincare ™ product line. I've spent over 15,000 hours perfecting the the process and power of chemical peels, and it’s been an honor to see my obsession help someone become more happy and confident in their skin.

What Drives Me

The beauty industry is ever-evolving, and I’m committed to staying at the forefront of these changes. I’ve had the privilege of working with premier brands such as Zo Obagi, Is Clinical, SkinCeuticals, SkinMedica, Murad, MAC Cosmetics, Christian Dior, Sephora, Nordstrom, Benefit Cosmetics, and Prescriptives. These experiences have shaped my approach to skincare, always focusing on delivering the best results with the utmost care.

Beyond the Clinic

While I no longer see clients regularly, I make exceptions and travel long distances for a few VIP clients and spend most of my time as working CEO at Montarbo Skincare, and spend hours a week coaching and consulting top executives, entrepreneurs and business owners looking to implement power techniques that create massive growth and financial growth.  

Mentorship and Coaching

One of the most fulfilling parts of my career is mentoring and coaching other professionals. I lead an online program for advanced esthetics training and provide executive coaching in sales and marketing. I’m also involved in small business development within the beauty industry, helping several brands create, market, and sell their products with soul and substance.
